Philippe Pouilloux, PT

Philippe Pouilloux, PT, began his journey in Paris, where he studied physical therapy before trading baguettes for bagels and moving to California.

As the owner of a Beverly Hills clinic for more than 30 years, he treated thousands of people living with chronic pain, which gave him a deep understanding of the body's resilience, the mind's influence on healing, and what his patients were truly going through day after day.

His holistic approach has always been hands-on and wide-ranging, blending manual therapy, deep tissue mobilization, electro-stimulation, ultrasound, laser therapy, therapeutic exercise, Pilates, kinesiology taping, naturopathic medicine, essential oils, and more.

These days, Philippe has stepped back from the clinic but continues to work part-time as a PT, visiting patients in their homes to keep them moving and healing. Born in France, seasoned in Beverly Hills, and now writing wherever the coffee is strong, he shares the insights of a lifelong healer through Eloin Publishing.

His mission is simple: to tell the truth about what works, what doesn't, and what finally makes people say, "At last, someone gets it."

Also, he may or may not be allergic to vague wellness advice.
